Marsala Chicken
Marsala Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. italian bread crumbs, 2 whole boneless chicken breasts, 1 tbsp. margarine and 3/4 c. marsala wine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Spray 2-quart Corning Ware dish with cooking spray.
Coat chicken breasts with bread crumbs and place in dish.
Distribute 1 tablespoon margarine over chicken.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes. Then pour 3/4 cup Marsala wine over chicken and bake for 20 to 25 minutes more.
