Marinated Vegetables
Marinated Vegetables is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can french green beans, 1 small jar pimentos, 2 or 3 small onions, 1 c. sugar and 1/2 c. oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Drain green beans, peas and pimentos and place in medium mixing bowl.
Chop bell pepper, celery and onions and combine with vegetables.
Combine sugar, vinegar, oil and salt in small saucepan; heat and pour over vegetables.
Cover and let stand 24 hours to marinate.
Drain and serve.
