Marinated Pasta Salad
Marinated Pasta Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 oz. bow-tie pasta (uncooked), 4 c. water, 1 c. chopped tomato, 1 small onion, thin sliced and 3 tbsp. pitted small ripe olives, halved, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Combine pasta and water in 2-quart casserole.
Cover with plastic wrap and microwave at High 16 to 18 minutes or until pasta is tender; drain.
Rinse with cold water and drain well.
Combine pasta, tomato and next 9 ingredients in medium bowl; toss gently. Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
Makes about 4 (1 cup) servings.
