Marinated Glazed Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) bottle russian dressing, 1 (2 oz.) pkg. dry onion soup mix, 1 (10 oz.) jar apricot preserves or 1 (10 oz.) jar orange marmalade and 2 frying chickens (2 to 2 1/2 lb.), quartered, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In a small bowl, thoroughly blend all ingredients except chicken.
Arrange chicken in a single layer in a shallow pan, skin side up.
Pour dressing over chicken and marinate overnight. Bake, uncovered, in 350Β° oven for 1 1/2 hours, basting every half hour.
May be frozen and reheated.
