Marinated Fruit
Marinated Fruit is an easy dinner. Made with 2 cans chunk pineapple, 2 can peaches, 1 jar maraschino cherries, 1 can pears and 1 large box vanilla instant pudding (you may use any other fresh, frozen or canned fruit), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Drain 2 cans pineapple and 1 can peaches.
Mix juice with instant pudding.
Pour over fruit from the cans.
Then drain juice from other fruits (discard other fruit juice, don't add any more juice to the mixture).
If you use frozen fruit, thaw completely. Drain before adding to mixture.
Mixture will keep two weeks.
