Marinated Eye of Round
Marinated Eye Of Round is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (2 to 2 1/2 lb.) eye of round roast, seasoned salt, lemon pepper seasoning, 1/2 c. soy sauce and 1/2 c. commercial italian salad dressing, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Pierce roast in several places with a sharp knife.
Sprinkle salt and lemon pepper seasoning over entire surface of roast. Place in a large shallow dish; set aside.
Combine soy sauce and remaining ingredients in a bowl, stir well.
Pour over roast. Cover and marinate in refrigerator 8 hours, turning occasionally.
