Marinated Cod Teriyaki(Microwave) is an easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. each water and teriyaki, 1 1/2 tbsp. dry sherry, 1 garlic clove, minced, 1/4 tsp. ginger and 10 oz. cod fillets, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In small bowl combine teriyaki sauce, water, sherry, garlic and ginger.
Arrange fillets in 8 x 8-inch baking dish.
Pour mixture over fillets.
Turn fish over to coat both sides.
Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
Microwave uncovered on High for 4 to 5 minutes (flakes easily with fork).
