Marinated Carrots is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 bunches carrots, 1 c. sugar, 1 can tomato soup, 1 tsp. salt and 1/2 c. oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Peel, pare, boil (until still firm, but a fork can pierce) and drain carrots.
Boil other ingredients together for one minute and pour over boiled carrots.
Marinate overnight.
