Marinated Carrots is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. sliced carrots, 1 green pepper, sliced into rings, 1 large onion, sliced in rings, 1 can tomato soup and 1/2 c. salad oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Boil carrots in salted water until tender.
Drain and cool. In bowl alternate carrots, pepper and onion.
Combine marinade ingredients; pour over vegetables.
