Marinated Carrots
Marinated Carrots is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 7 c. sliced carrots, 1 medium onion, 1 small green pepper, 1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup and 1/2 c. salad oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook carrots until tender.
(May substitute three 16-ounce cans of carrots for fresh carrots.)
Cool and drain.
Cut onion and green pepper and mix with carrots.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour over vegetables.
Cover and marinate 12 hours.
Keeps in refrigerator 2 weeks.
