Marinated Carrots
Marinated Carrots is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 c. sliced carrots (2 cans), 1 medium onion, 1 small green pepper, 1 can cream of tomato soup and 1/2 c. salad oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cook carrots. If carrots are canned, they are already cooked. Drain excess liquid and cool. Cut onion and pepper and mix with carrots.
Mix cream of tomato soup with salad oil, sugar and vinegar. Add to mixture.
