Marinated Carrots
Marinated Carrots is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 c. sliced carrots, 1 medium sweet onion, cut in round slices, 1 small green pepper, cut in round slices, 1 can cream of tomato soup and 1/2 c. salad oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook carrots and cool; add onions and green pepper.
Mix other ingredients together; pour over carrots.
Cover and marinate for 12 hours or more.
Drain and serve.
