Marinated Carrots
Marinated Carrots is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can tomato soup, 1/2 c. vinegar, 1/3 tsp. mustard, 1 tsp. salt and 1/4 to 1/2 c. sugar to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Use a 1 quart can of cooked carrots or cook your raw carrots until tender.
Layer carrots, raw pepper and onion in a dish.
Set aside.
Heat tomato soup, vinegar, sugar, salt, mustard and margarine.
Mix well.
Pour this over your carrots and marinate overnight.
Heat and serve.
