Marinated Carrots is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. carrots, sliced, 1/2 c. sugar, wesson oil, 1/2 c. vinegar and 1 c. tomato soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cook carrots in salted water until tender; drain.
Mix together sugar, Wesson oil, vinegar and tomato soup.
Bring to a boil.
Add bell pepper and onion.
Pour mixture over drained carrots and mix.
Keeps well.
