Marinated Brisket Roast is an easy dinner. Made with 5 lb. roast or well trimmed brisket, 4 oz. liquid smoke, 5 oz. worcestershire sauce, garlic powder and onion powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Sprinkle the meat well with garlic and onion powder.
Place in non-metallic roasting pan.
Pour the liquid smoke and Worcestershire sauce over the meat.
Place in refrigerator overnight, turning at least 1 time.
When ready to cook, turn once more.
Cover with foil and bake about 4 hours at 350Β°.
Slices better after cooling.
