Made with 1 c. italian dressing, 1 (16 oz.) can blue lake green beans, drained, 1/2 c. sliced carrots (one small can), 1/2 c. sliced celery and 1/2 c. pitted ripe olives, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Marinate all but onion and croutons overnight.
(Marinating the onion separately will enhance their flavor but not overpower the other veggies.)
