Marinade For Meat is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. barbecue sauce (i use k.c. masterpiece), 1 c. brown sugar (dark is better), 1/2 c. red wine vinegar, 1/2 c. soy sauce and 1/4 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cook all ingredients until sugar is dissolved.
Cool. Marinate steak, chicken or whatever for at least 8 hours in refrigerator.
Can also be used for a side sauce.
Barbecue meat until done.
