Marilyn's Meat Dish
Marilyn'S Meat Dish is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground meat, browned, 2 tsp. salt, 2 tsp. sugar, 1 lb. can tomatoes and 8 oz. can tomato paste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Combine first seven ingredients in skillet and cook for 1 hour. Cook noodles.
Drain.
Combine sour cream, cream cheese and onions with hot noodles.
Butter a 1 1/2-quart Pyrex dish.
Layer meat sauce, noodles and meat sauce.
Cover top with grated cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350Β°.
May freeze or refrigerate overnight. Reheat until bubbly.
