Marigold Muffins
Marigold Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. milk, 1 1/2 tbsp. crushed dried marigold petals, 2 c. sifted flour, 1 tbsp. baking powder and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Heat milk to boiling point.
Add crushed marigold petals. Into separate bowl, sift the flour, baking powder and salt.
Add oil to milk mixture.
Stir and let cool to room temperature, then add honey and egg and combine with dry ingredients.
Fill muffin cups two-thirds full.
Bake at 400Β° for 20 minutes.
Makes 1 dozen.
