Marie's Chicken Ravioli Casseroles
Marie'S Chicken Ravioli Casseroles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. cooked, cubed chicken breasts, 1 c. broth, 2 pkg. small noodles (12 oz.), 1 c. chopped onion and 2 buds garlic (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Use 2 (9 x 13-inch) casserole dishes.
Cook noodles (I use chicken bouillon).
Saute onion, pepper, celery and garlic in butter.
Add chopped chicken, soup and pimento.
Add broth. Layer noodles, then chicken mixture.
Top with cheese.
Bake at 400Β° until hot and bubbly.
Freezes well.
Serves 20.
