Marie's Apricot Dessert
Marie'S Apricot Dessert is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box vanilla wafers, crushed, 3 eggs, 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar, 1 c. thinly chopped pecans and 2 pkg. dried apricots, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Set aside 1/2 cup crushed vanilla wafers.
Mix vanilla wafers, powdered sugar, eggs and pecans.
May need to add 3 teaspoons milk to hold together.
Bake at 350Β° until brown.
Cook apricots according to package directions; mash.
Add 1 cup sugar and cubed butter.
Spread on top of crust.
Cover with Cool Whip and crumbs.
