Margaret's Favorite Meat Loaf
Margaret'S Favorite Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground turkey or beef, 1 c. fresh bread crumbs, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce and 1 egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

In a medium bowl, lightly mix ground meat, bread crumbs, onion, 1/2 (4 ounces) tomato sauce, egg, salt and pepper.
Shape into loaf in shallow baking pan. Combine remaining tomato sauce with rest of the ingredients.
Pour over loaf.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 1/4 hours. Baste loaf several times.
Makes 5 to 6 servings.
