Margaret's Chicken Spaghetti
Margaret'S Chicken Spaghetti is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. chicken, 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped, 1 small onion, chopped, 3 stalks celery, chopped and 1 small jar pimentos, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Stew chicken; remove from bone and cut into bite size pieces. Cook onion, pepper and celery in chicken broth.
Cook spaghetti; rinse and drain.
Mix spaghetti and 2/3 of cheese.
Add soup, vegetables and broth, pimentos, chicken and seasonings.
Pour into 1 large or 2 small buttered casseroles.
Place remaining cheese on top of casserole.
Bake in 350Β° oven until cheese melts and casserole is hot and bubbly.
