Marcy'S Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 5 lb. new red potatoes, 1 lb. bacon, 8 oz. velveeta cheese, 12 oz. mayonnaise and 1 onion, diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Fry bacon and crumble.
Saute onion in 3 tablespoons of bacon drippings.
Boil potatoes with skin on and cut into chunks.
Cube Velveeta.
Mix all in a large bowl with mayonnaise.
Bake in a 9 x 13-inch casserole, uncovered, at 350Β° for 20 minutes or until cheese melts.
