Marbled Brownies
Marbled Brownies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 5 tbsp. butter or margarine, 1/3 c. sugar, 2 eggs and 2 tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Soften cream cheese and butter and cream together.
Add the sugar, eggs, flour and vanilla and beat until smooth and set aside.
Prepare brownie mix as directed on package.
Pour half the brownie batter into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Pour all the cream cheese mixture over brownie layer.
Spoon remaining brownie batter in spots over cream cheese layer and swirl together with a knife.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 to 40 minutes.
Cool and frost if you wish.
