Maple Syrup Pecan Pie
Maple Syrup Pecan Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. maple syrup, 1/4 c. sugar, 1/4 c. butter, 1 1/2 c. pecans, chopped or halves and 1 unbaked 9-inch shell, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Preheat oven to 375Β°.
Combine syrup, sugar and butter in saucepan.
Bring to boil, then simmer uncovered for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Cool slightly.
Place pecans in shell. Mix eggs, vanilla and salt in bowl.
Gradually stir in cooled syrup.
Pour over pecans.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes until silver knife comes out clean.
