Maple-Glazed Salmon
Maple-Glazed Salmon is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. pure maple syrup, 2 tbsp. soy sauce, 1 tbsp. grated peeled ginger, 1/2 tsp. cornstarch and 4- 6 oz. salmon fillet, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Preheat oven to 475 degrees.
In small bowl, whisk maple syrup, soy sauce, ginger, cornstarch, and 1 Tbsp. water until blended.
In shallow 1 1/2 qt. casserole, place salmon skin side down.
Spoon glaze over fish and roast 15 minutes, without turning over, or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
Baste once halfway through cooking time.
Sprinkle with green onion to serve.
