Maple Frosting
Maple Frosting is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. maple syrup (the real one is the best), 1/2 c. granulated sugar and 1 egg white, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Place syrup, sugar and egg white in top of double boiler over hot water.
Beat until mixture stands in peaks.
Remove from heat and beat until cool.
This frosting is especially nice on a chocolate cake.
