Mano'S Special Gravy is an moderately easy dinner. Made with large steak or any choice of meat, 2 medium onions, chopped, 1 medium bell pepper, chopped, 4 cloves garlic, chopped and 1/2 c. green onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Season meat and fry until brown.
Remove meat; add flour and stir until brown.
Add onions, bell pepper and garlic.
Add meat, tomatoes and enough water for gravy.
Cook until done.
Will make a thick gravy.
