Manicotti
Manicotti is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. spaghetti sauce, 8 to 10 uncooked manicotti shells, 2 eggs, 1/2 lb. shredded mozzarella cheese and 1/2 c. cottage cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Spray 9 x 9-inch glass pan with Pam.
Thin spaghetti sauce with 1/2 to 3/4 cup water.
Spoon 3/4 cup sauce over bottom of pan.
Mix eggs, cheeses, oleo, salt, pepper and basil in a bowl. Use an iced tea spoon to stuff shells.
Lay shells, side by side, in pan.
Spoon over remaining sauce.
Pour another 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup water over top.
Cover and bake at 350Β° for about 45 minutes. Serve with a green salad and hot bread.
