Mix eggs, grated Mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, Ricotta and oregano together well.

Set aside.

Cook shells for about 10 minutes.

Drain.

Set on wax paper.

Separate and cook Italian sausage and crumble.

Mix both cans of tomato paste and seasonings to taste.

Stuff cooled shells with cheese mixture and lay on foil covered cookie sheets.

Pour tomato paste over shells, then put Italian sausage over tomato paste.

Cook at 400Β° until cheese in shells are melted, about 20 minutes.

Take out of oven and serve with Italian bread.

Recipe yields 10 servings.
