Manhattan Meatballs
Manhattan Meatballs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef, 2 c. torn fresh bread, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 2 eggs and 2 tbsp. chopped parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Combine meat, crumbs, onion, eggs, parsley and salt.
Mix lightly.
Shape into 1-inch balls.
Brown margarine and drain. Place in 2-quart casserole.
Combine preserves and barbecue sauce.
Pour over meatballs.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes. Stir occasionally.
