Mango Cheese Crown
Mango Cheese Crown is an easy dinner. Made with 18 oz. lemon jell-o gelatin (can use sugar-free), 4 c. boiling water, 8 small cans mangos or fresh and 16 oz. light or fat-free cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.
Blend both mango juice and fruit in blender until smooth, 1 can at a time.
Pour into 1-gallon container.
Place 1/2 of cream cheese into blender and add enough of the hot dissolved Jell-O to 3/4 level.
Blend until smooth.
Add to mango mixture.
Repeat with the remaining cream cheese and Jell-O and add to mango.
Stir to blend completely.
Pour in 1-gallon mold and chill overnight.
Unmold onto tray.
Line with lettuce and garnish with fresh strawberries and/or kiwi.
