Mandarin Salad
Mandarin Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 60 ritz crackers, crushed, 1 stick margarine, 1/3 c. sugar, 1 can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk and 1 (8 oz.) cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix the crushed crackers, 1 stick margarine and 1/3 cup sugar. Press into 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
Then mix Eagle Brand milk, Cool Whip, frozen orange juice and mandarin oranges together.
Pour over cracker mixture.
Refrigerate for 4 hours, then serve.
