Mandarin Salad
Mandarin Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 1/2 oz. grated coconut, 22 oz. mandarin orange slices, 20 oz. pineapple tidbits, 16 oz. sour cream and 2 c. mini marshmallows, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Drain orange slices, pineapple tidbits and cherries.
Mix fruit with remaining ingredients.
Let set in refrigerator for several hours or overnight.
