Mandarin Salad
Mandarin Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. almonds, 6 tbsp. sugar, 1/2 head iceberg lettuce, 1 c. chopped celery and 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, chilled and drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In a small saucepan, cook sugar and almonds over medium heat, stirring constantly, until almonds are coated and sugar is dissolved.
