Mandarin Rice Salad
Mandarin Rice Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. cooked rice, 1 large can mandarin oranges, drained, 1 c. sliced celery, 1/2 medium-size green bell pepper, minced and 1/2 c. toasted slivered almonds, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix rice, oranges, celery, green pepper and 1/4 cup almonds in a medium size bowl.
In a small bowl blend mayonnaise, lemon juice, seasoned salt and pepper.
Add to rice mixture and toss well.
Chill.
