Mandarin Pork Chops
Mandarin Pork Chops is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 pork chops (about 1 lb.), 1 tbsp. vegetable oil, 1/2 c. orange juice, 1/4 c. water and 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange segments, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In a large skillet, brown chops in oil on both sides.
Remove from skillet.
In the skillet, add remaining ingredients, except orange segments and green pepper.
Cook and stir until slightly thickened.
Add chops; cover and simmer for about 20 minutes or until tender.
Add orange segments and green pepper.
Simmer a few minutes until thoroughly heated.
