Mandarin Orange Salad
Mandarin Orange Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. sliced almonds, 1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. sugar, 1/4 head iceberg lettuce, 1/4 head romaine lettuce and 1 c. chopped celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cook almonds over low heat until sugar melts.
Stir constantly, cool and break apart.
Tear all lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
Place greens in plastic bag with celery and green onions.
Add oranges.
Just before serving, add dressing (I use Good Seasons Italian) and shake well to coat.
Add almonds and shake again.
