Mandarin Orange Mold
Mandarin Orange Mold is an easy dinner. Made with 2 cans mandarin oranges, 3 pkg. orange jell-o, 1 pt. orange sherbet, 1 large can crushed pineapple and 2 c. boiling water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Drain juice from oranges and pineapple.
Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.
Add drained fruit juices.
Cool and refrigerate until consistency of unbeaten eggs.
Add fruit and orange sherbet. Mix thoroughly and put in 12-cup mold.
Fill ring with cottage cheese for luncheon.
Serves 10.
