Mandarin Orange Cake
Mandarin Orange Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. yellow cake mix (without pudding), 11 oz. can mandarin oranges, undrained, 4 eggs, 1/2 c. vegetable oil and 15 oz. can crushed pineapple, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine mix, oranges, oil and eggs and beat 2 or 3 minutes until smooth.
Pour into 3 greased and floured 9-inch round pans. Bake 25 minutes in a 350Β° oven or until done.
Cool in pans and remove to cake racks.
Combine remaining items and beat 2 minutes at medium speed.
Let rest 5 minutes and spread between layers and on top and sides.
Chill at least 2 hours. Garnish with orange curls.
