Man-on-the-Moon Apple Cake
Man-On-The-Moon Apple Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, 2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. cooking oil, 2 tsp. vanilla and 2 c. all-purpose flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Beat eggs until frothy.
Add cooking oil and beat again.
Then add sugar and vanilla and beat well.
Combine flour, salt, cinnamon, baking soda and baking powder.
Add to egg mixture.
Then add nuts and apples; mix well.
Bake in greased 13 x 9 x 2 1/2 baking pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 to 40 minutes.
It may take longer depending on apples used.
