Man-Cooked Meal
Man-Cooked Meal is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. lean ground beef, 1/3 c. chopped onion, 10 3/4 oz. can condensed tomato rice soup, 2 tbsp. chili sauce and 1 1/2 tsp. chili powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Combine ground beef and onion in 9-inch square baking pan. Bake at 425° for 20 minutes.
Drain.
Stir in soup, chili sauce, chili powder, salt, garlic salt and pepper.
Spread evenly in bottom of pan.
Prepare corn muffin mix as directed on package. Pour over meat mixture.
Bake at 425° for 30 to 35 minutes.
