Macaroni according to package directions.
Drain. Brown hamburger. Drain. Squash tomatoes and sprinkle with sugar. Combine macaroni, hamburger and tomatoes in a large bowl.
Mix in 1 can of tomato paste.
Greased casserole dish and bake at 350Β° for 15 to 20 minutes.
