Combine Miracle Whip, sugar and vanilla.
Set aside.
Combine dry ingredients and alternately add water and dry ingredients to Miracle Whip mixture, stirring well after each addition.
Pour in lightly greased and floured pans (two 8-inch or 9-inch).
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes.
Use toothpick test to determine if done.
