Mama's "T" Cakes
Mama'S "T" Cakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1 c. crisco, 2 eggs, 1 tsp. soda and 1 tsp. baking powder (i use clabber girl), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Crisco.
Blend well.
Add soda, baking powder and vanilla.
Slowly sift flour into mixture until a soft dough formed. Divide dough onto a pile of flour. Knead until can be rolled out and cut cookies with a jar lid.
Put on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350Β° until brown.
