Mama's Peanut Butter Candy
Mama'S Peanut Butter Candy is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. peanut butter, 1/2 c. soft margarine, 1/2 c. light corn syrup, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

The peanut butter, margarine, syrup, vanilla and salt.
Confectioners sugar.
Gradually stir sugar into peanut butter mixture until smooth.
Nuts may be added at this point, if desired.
Put mixture in an 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan; place in fridge.
Chill; squares. about 2 pounds of candy or 2 to 2 1/2 dozen squares.
