Cook syrup, sugar and water until it makes a hard ball. Pour over egg whites that have been stiffly beaten.
Beat this mixture until stiff enough spread on buttered wax paper. Spread peanut butter on mixture and roll up like a jelly roll.
Around roll and cool completely before cutting into slices.
