Mama'S Divinity is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. sugar, 2 egg whites, stiffly beaten, 1/4 c. white karo, 1/2 c. water and 1 1/4 c. pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix syrup, sugar and water.
Cook on medium heat to soft ball stage.
Pour 1/2 of syrup mixture gradually into egg whites, beating constantly.
Reheat syrup a few seconds while beating. Beat until mixture begins to stiffen.
Add vanilla and pecans. Drop by teaspoon on waxed paper.
