Ask someone older to light the charcoal and watch the fire. Wash and core 6 apples to within 1/2-inch of bottoms.

Carve out the tops slightly to make little wells about 1 1/2 inches across. Place each apple in the center of square of aluminum foil.

Fill each cavity with 1 caramel, 4 miniature marshmallows and 1 teaspoon raisins.

Bring the 4 points of each square of foil together at the top of each apple and twist to close securely. Place the foil packets directly on the hot coals with tongs.

Cook about 20 minutes or until soft.

Open foil carefully.

Serve warm with a spoonful of the vanilla pudding over each apple.
